Lindsey Lair

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Lindsey joined Tenet Financial Group in 2013 as a member of the Client Services team; opening new accounts and processing ROBS/401(k) documents, and handling state and IRS documentation. With her background in human resources and administrative management duties, Lindsey played a vital role in client onboarding and initial set-up. As the Director of Operations, she oversees billing, payroll, daily operational tasks, and the Client Services team.

Residing in Springfield, Missouri, she and her husband, Greg, have three sons Blake, Tye and Noah.
