Jen Preston, QKA
DIRECTOR OF PLAN ADMINISTRATION
Since joining Tenet in 2011, Jen has leveraged her 401(k) plan administration expertise, honed since 2004. At Tenet, her focus is on administering and ensuring compliance for Rollover as a Business Start Up (ROBS) 401(k) plans, managing tasks such as employee eligibility, contributions, loans, distributions, IRS compliance and reporting, and more. Jen holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Iowa State University and earned her certification as a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) from ASPPA in 2010.
Outside of work, Jen is deeply involved in her community, coaching youth sports, and enjoys spending her evenings playing on multiple softball teams. Residing in Iowa, she and her husband, Adam, have two sons, Kade and Kole.
