Founder / Owner
Business funding is an incredibly emotional and, at times, challenging process … something that Derrick Skogsberg understands with a great degree of personal experience. In the early 2000s, Skogsberg identified an unmet need in the franchise development marketplace for comprehensive financial consulting. The end game as he saw it was not ”fund it and walk away” but rather to create a strategic, long-range plan to set the new business/client up for success for years to come. After examining the market carefully, Skogsberg founded FranFund and grew the organization into a multi-million-dollar enterprise within just a few months. He then divested his interest in that company to form Tenet Financial Group in 2008, again using his personal retirement savings to fund a second multi-million-dollar business. Skogsberg is the only executive in the franchise funding space that can make that claim.
Today, Tenet Financial Group supports many thousands of small business clients through 401(k) Rollovers, SBA Loans, Unsecured Lines of Credit, Equipment Leases and other funding options. The company is headquartered in Aledo, Texas, and has employees in 10 states and operations in four states.

Vice President of Development
Dave Woggon has joined Tenet Financial Group as Vice President of Development. In this capacity, Dave will direct the consulting team and develop strategic growth opportunities as well as managing operational needs and teams. He was formerly the CEO and founder of Phoenix Funding Source. Tenet Financial Group acquired Phoenix Funding Source in January 2021.

Dave has been serving potential and new business owners in the franchise industry since 1986. He has helped many individuals either find a business or fund a business by helping them identify, explore and secure their funding option(s) and realize their dream of business ownership.
Dave and his wife, Kim, recently relocated from Colorado to Wisconsin to be closer to family. The couple has four adult children and two grandsons.

Director of Operations
A member of the Client Services team since 2013, Lindsey initially worked on plan documents, including opening accounts and processing ROBS/401(k) documents, as well as processing state and IRS documentation. With a background in both human resources and administrative management duties, Lindsey has played a critical role in client onboarding and initial set-up. In 2021, Lindsey moved into her new position as Director of Operations. She now oversees billing, payroll and daily operational tasks in addition to Client Services at Tenet Financial Group.
A native of Nebraska, now living outside Tulsa, Oklahoma, she received her associates degree in liberal arts from Tulsa Community College. Lindsey and her husband, Greg, have three teenage sons and relish in trying new restaurants, watching movies and participating in sports/outdoor activities.
Director of Plan Administration
A member of the Tenet team since 2011, Jen has worked in the industry of 401(k) plan administration since 2004. At Tenet, Jen’s responsibilities include the administration and compliance of hundreds of Rollover as a Business Start Up (ROBS) 401(k) plans for Tenet Financial Group clients. She handles participant loans, distributions, 1099s, contribution calculations, eligibility and vesting calculations, and other detailed IRS reporting.
Jen received her bachelors of finance from Iowa State University, including distinction on the College of Business Deans List, and her associates degree in arts and sciences at Western Iowa Tech Community College, where she was also a member Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.
Jen was certified by the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) as a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) in 2010.
She is very active in her community, including serving as a local youth soccer and softball coach for 20+years, and treasurer of the Nodland/Sunnyside Elementary School PTA Board since 2014. Jen and her husband, Adam, host and sponsor a local coed softball tournament every year, the Prestonstock. From 2014-2020, Prestonstock has raised over $24,000 for a local family in need. They have two children, Kade and Kole, and two dogs, Champ and Diesel. In her spare time, Jen plays softball and loves music events, being outdoors and boating.
Director of SBA Lending
Nadia has been working in the financial and banking industries for more than 15 years. She has a demonstrated work history in business planning, loans, developing and maintaining bank relationship and compliance with all federal and state laws. Competitive by nature, Nadia has a passion for providing excellent customer service both internally and externally. She also has a strong sales background and is a professional graduate from Leadership Breakthrough Team Building Two. At Tenet Financial Group, her responsibilities include assisting the Product Loan Manager and Senior Consultants.
Nadia is very involved in her local church and community. She is an active member of the Missions Group that attends monthly visits to foster homes and retirement homes with her daughter. She and her husband, Eric, have three children, two boys and one girl. A competitive sports family, they love football, baseball, and now softball. Nadia loves to watch her daughter play softball and have family and friends gatherings. She is passionate in helping foster children feel loved and plans to visit foster homes in other countries.

Diane has been working in the pension industry/consulting/customer service areas for over 30 years. Currently assisting clients, lenders, brokers, and franchisors across the country find the best funding options for their business(es). One of the ways Diane has helped a majority of her clients, a specialty of Tenet Financial Group, is working with clients that have retirement funds. Diane helps educate her clients on the process of accessing those funds for a business.
Her experience at MassMutual Life Insurance in the Pension area provided an excellent foundation for her knowledge of 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plans. Diane worked in the Sensitive Plan Unit at MassMutual, handling administration, training, compliance, and customer service.
Other positions Diane has held over the years include Senior Account Executive at CIGNA and Senior Project Manager for Robinson Consulting, a firm specializing in project management and customized software development in the healthcare industry.
Diane is a Senior Consultant and has been with Tenet Financial Group since 2009. She resides in Massachusetts with her husband and they have two grown children. Year-round Diane plays tennis on a couple of USTA tennis teams.

Jeff has spent the last two decades helping individuals and small businesses achieve their goals. For 17 years, Jeff was as Financial Advisor, utilizing a comprehensive planning process throughout the relationship: service was a key element of the process. He has spent the last 2 years assisting individuals with their dream of becoming business owners, by helping them feel comfortable with their funding options.
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Jeff and his wife, Brenda, have three young adult children and enjoy time with their grandchildren, traveling, bike riding, golf and many other outdoor activities.

Max has been involved in helping people pursue freedom since 1988. Max operated a financial services practice for 26 years helping people lower their costs on living expenses, insurances, and taxes in order to free up money to invest for the future. He then turned his attention to helping people become occupationally free through finding the right job fit, and through owning their own business. Today, he works with entrepreneurs to help them obtain funding for the realization of business ownership.
Max and his wife, Scarlett, reside in Texas with their son. He donates his time to a prison ministry and is a board member for Fellowship of The Sword, a para-church ministry in Hurst, TX. When he is not leading a charge to freedom, he likes to experience it behind the handlebars of his motorcycle. He enjoys reading and is determined to develop his writing abilities.

Jodi Rowell thrives on helping people live their dreams. After spending much of her career coaching and helping people understand what matters most, Jodi realized what mattered most to her was having the power to control her own destiny. From there it was a short step to a career in franchising.
Business Ownership is in Jodi’s blood. She grew up in a family that owned several franchises and spent years working in many different areas of their business. Over the years, Jodi learned the ins and outs of different types of franchises and decided that the best path for her to take was to own a franchise herself. She also worked with several different franchises in franchise development. She has first hand experience on how to own and operate a business and uses that knowledge with every person that she works with.
Jodi holds a Master Degree in Organizational Management and spent ten years in corporate America training, interviewing, and coaching people how to augment their skills to reach their career goals. She also has a background in sales and consulting in various industries.
However, Jodi is no stranger to the desire to leave a corporate career and seek a different path. She founded her own real estate and property management company and became the top-selling agent in the firm. She also spent 12 years as a franchise consultant helping potential business owner’s identity what type of a franchise would be the best fit for them. Jodi absolutely loves business ownership and believes that success is not a random event but a planned process.
Jodi currently lives in Utah with her husband and 4 children. She loves to travel, play card games, hang out with friends and family and is very active in her church.

Roger J Rolewicz
Roger has over 40 years of Business Development with over 20 years in franchising industry. He has a passion for working with people wanting to own and succeed in their own business through franchising. Roger’s comprehensive franchising experience includes complete creation and sales of franchises from existing businesses or concepts in the US and Canada. His business experience in sales and operations crosses several industries, including manufacturing, service, retail, wholesale and more, with titles ranging from CEO to sales. Roger and his father owned a manufacturing business for over 14 years before successfully selling it.
Roger was awarded a BBA dual degree (Business and Theater) from UT. Personally, he enjoys working with local business groups, local elections and a local animal shelter. Originally from Ohio, he and his family now enjoy living in Florida.

401(k) Plan Administrator
Ann Lee has been working in the financial industry since 1999 and joined Tenet Financial Group in 2011. A native of Sloan, Iowa, she attended the University of South Dakota, where she earned her bachelors degree in business management with a specialization in finance. At Tenet, Ann’s responsibilities include administration of hundreds of plans consisting of customer service, asset reconciliation, annual non-discrimination and compliance testing, preparation of IRS Form 5500, 401k distributions, 1099 reporting and plan terminations.
Ann was certified by the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) as a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) in 2010.
Ann is active in her community and serves on the board of education at Skein Lutheran Church. She and her husband, Adam, have three children, Noah and twins Chase and Addison. She loves playing golf, going to concerts, reading and spending time with family and friends.

She enjoys working with clients who are making their dreams of business ownership come true. One of her favorite inspirational quotes is attributed to the famous Walt Disney, “All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them.”
Erin earned her bachelors of arts from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa, and has been a member of the Sioux City Growth Organization and Chamber of Commerce. She loves leading an active lifestyle, including running, lifting weights and playing softball and volleyball. Erin and her husband, Craig, have three children, Coryn and twins Samantha and Jamison.
401(k) Plan Administrator
Sarah has spent more than six years working in the 401(k) plan administration industry, both with Capella, Inc. and Billings & Company. As part of The Tenet Financial Group administration team, she will provide customer service, asset reconciliation, annual testing, preparation of forms, distributions, reporting and terminations for the company’s 401(k) Plan customers.
A graduate of South Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in economics with an accounting minor, she is a native of Midland, South Dakota, now living in Iowa with her husband and three children in Sioux City.
